Active1 and the Primark Global Access product. We are particularly focussed on delivering quality product to time and to
budget. We have the ability to design and develop large-scale software systems that perform robustly and reliably.
Our employees have worked in senior development roles for many of the "brand" names in the marketplace including ICI, Reuters,
Kapiti, Telerate, DataStream and the FT.
Previously, the principal employees formerly worked together for Thomson Financial within the Client Consulting
Division. This group was the primary focus for bespoke solutions using a Thomson proprietary technology called The Press.
The Press was developed by The One Software Company Ltd. (Tosca), which was originally formed by members of the company
in October 1998. The Press is a financial data integration platform. The key benefit of this product was the ability to
integrate financial data from multiple legacy systems. This product was purchased by Primark in December 1999 before being
acquired by Thomson Financial. This product has since become a key technology platform within Thomson Financial.
